New Stuff, New Feelings of Being Broke

I got my new running shoes.

I got them at Novena Square.('Velocity' serves only to confuse people when said aloud and make them have to confirm it with you.) The people there made me go through a lot of testing before they let me pick the shoe, that meant that I had to let them sample my gait and running.

Apparently, I've been buying my shoes 1 size too big for the past few years, and also, my feet aren't that wide. I also learnt that I no longer have flat feet, they are now mid to high arch. I guess its thanks to those funny foot support things my grandma used to make me wear. But, just to hose the happiness a little, my left foot has a higher arch than my right. To hose it even more, arched feet doesn't mean that my running, stamina, etc. has improved.

Beyond that, I've come to a realization that I can't afford to wait until I build up enough money to go train grappling. I gotta get experience; ASAP. So I did something about it.

The main downside to all this is that my wallet gets winded...
But I guess that change has to start somewhere...
