She had 7 guys who treated her well enough not to
shoot (or gang-rape or some other miscellaneous act
of sex/violence) even though they could have.
Instead, they showed compassion.
They even let her stay, on the condition that she keep
the house clean. Do remember that they were too busy
mining and stuff to be home. That would mean she just
had to clean up after herself. (Is that so difficult?)
So she makes a mountain out of a molehill and gets a
scene showing her 'cooking & cleaning' for the dwarves.
The dwarves were already doing fine without her!

But Hey!
When it came to the love's first kiss of life part,the dwarves'
kisses didn't work, but along came some filthy-rich pretty
boy whom she'd never met before, who got infatuated with
her corpse-like form, gave her a kiss, and she got up!
