As you may have read earlier, I blacked out.
I'm going to attempt to describe it.
First, I lost my balance as well as sense of balance, and ended up hugging a wall.
Next, I got a bit of help and was seated down.
During this period, I really couldn't see shit. I knew my eyelids were up, eyes open, but I just couldn't see. A few minutes later, I could see a little bit. Not really though, it was more like a negative film thing, except that the lines were really thin and it was 95% black with a wee bit of white/purplish/green outlines (mostly white), and I could only see maybe within less than a metre.
Eventually, as I forced my eyes to remain open, the black slowly lightened up, and about 5 minutes later, I could see, except that the mats where I was (which were supposed to be reddish-pink) looked orange to me. As I sipped 100Plus and breathed deeply, my regualr vision came back.
But for the rest of the day I was left with a floating/headachy feeling at upper-back part of my head.
Later on I heard a few explanations, one of which my body was lacking salt.
This may be true, for I had not eaten dinner the night before or breakfast or lunch earlier. Obviously, a square of dark chocolate and 2 curry puffs is not enough.
Eat your meals people. It's really no fun.
