Why do dim-sum dishes like siew-mai and ha-gao come in sets of 3 ?
You don't very eat out in sets of 3 people do you ? And if you have mahjong kakis, 4 would be a better number, then each of you can have 1.

Went cycling yesterday, took an hour to get to sarting point.
