I forgot what I wanted to write about so I guess I'll leave you with this...
Rain trees. I just like to gaze at their branches and crowns against the sky, it seems that throughout the length of the tree, the branches, and even the trunk seem to bend at almost identical intervals, and the angle of bending always seems to be the same, just in a different direction.
It's like a spring pulled hard until the coils seems straightened, but upon closer inspection, you see that it is not completely straight, and that there is slight curling of your straight piece of now wire.
And these trees I'm referring to are trees that have been pruned. I wonder how the wild rain trees are different other than having many more branches.
Also, in my pruned rain trees, staring at the crown against the sky seems to have a soothing effect on me.
