If Money & Location Were No Issue

I'd get a big piece of land. Most of it must be arable. I'll grow my own trees, plants and crops, and grow enough for about 30 people per month. Of course, some fruit will be seasonal. Then I'd be able to store some for poor harvest, and feed my friends and family when having events.

I'd get a piece of sea, and have an outstation with stuff to attract fish, so I can catch them quickly when needed. The fish are always nice, clean, fat, nutritious and uncontaminated. A patch of the beach too.

The piece of land will be near a lot of nature. A waterfall. A rock wall. A cycling route. Birds. Insects. A natural spring. Cool Air.

And yet, not too far from civilization. I could still choose to walk into town, watch movies, shoot pool, shoot hoops, buy ice-cream, visit friends.

And of course there is the main living facility. A hangar for whatever I'm building. An art room for me to paint, sculpt or sketch. A gym with heavy bags, octagon and the like for training. An underground basement for even more of the stuff I'm building as well as a bomb/natural disaster shelter.

A garage for my toys, a bicycle, a canoe, a boat, camping equipment, ropes, diving gear, a land rover-ish vehicle. An APC to be my mobile home. A flying machine for 2 or 3 (that doesn't need a long runway)

An entertainment room when I feel like playing games/watching TV.

Maybe I'll think up a more realistic blueprint for a house in the near future.

In the mean time, you could check this out.
